These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Room24 website and hotel-booking marketplace (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Room24

Room24 is a marketplace that connects guests with independent hotels and property owners (“Partners”). The stay itself is provided by the Partner, not by Room24. We act as the booking and payment facilitator between you and the Partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.

3. Bookings

  • When you make a booking, you agree to the price, dates, and the Partner’s specific rules shown at checkout.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation.
  • Room24 is not responsible for the condition, safety, or accuracy of any property listing; that responsibility rests with the Partner. We do, however, review new Partner listings before they go live.

4. Prices and payments

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.
  • Taxes and fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the Partner and the rate you booked, and are shown at the time of booking. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Partners (hotel owners)

If you list a property as a Partner, you agree to provide accurate information, honour confirmed bookings, comply with all applicable laws and licences, and pay any commission due to Room24. Room24 may review, suspend, or remove listings that break these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide true and complete information.
  • Do not misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • Follow the house rules of any property you book.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, text, and design, belongs to Room24 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Room24 is not liable for the acts of Partners or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or your stay. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
