Secure booking and payments

Your booking and payment happen over an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by our trusted payment partner (UPI, cards, netbanking). Room24 will never ask for your password, full card number, or OTP over phone, email, or chat.

Verified listings

Hotels are reviewed before they go live on Room24. If anything on a listing looks inaccurate, please tell us so we can check it.

Keep bookings on Room24

For your protection, keep your booking and payment on Room24. Be cautious if anyone asks you to pay outside the platform or to share personal financial details.

At the hotel

  • Carry a valid government photo ID for check-in.
  • Note the emergency exits and fire equipment when you arrive.
  • Use the in-room safe for valuables where available.
  • Contact the hotel reception first for any on-site issue.

Travelling to holy towns and hill stations

  • Keep your belongings close in crowded areas and near temples.
  • Use registered taxis or recognised transport.
  • Follow local guidelines and temple or trekking rules.
  • Save a few emergency contacts and your hotel’s number on your phone.

Health and hygiene

Properties are expected to maintain clean rooms and common areas. If a stay does not meet a reasonable standard, let us know.
